A letter from our CEO regarding Wallery service unavailability in some regions

I

t has recently been brought to our attention that the Wallery service is unavailable in some countries.

The entire Wallery team is saddened to know that potential Wallery users, those who have recognized the quality of our social media walls, are unable to use our services.

Our CEO, Vibor Cipan, put together an open letter to our readers regarding this issue.

Dear Reader,

In the past several days, we learned that access to Wallery website and our services are restricted in some countries. We have not been warned about those restrictions, and we were not aware of them until we started getting reports from our users from affected countries.

When we decided to create Wallery, we wanted to create a platform and a service where people can freely share their best moments and content from social media and display it. Thousands upon thousands of our users did that and continued to do so.

Even now, while you are reading this post, memories, events, photos and other experiences are being collected, curated and displayed on social media walls and social media hubs worldwide.

We are saddened to hear that some of our users do not have an ability to access our service. We believe in freedom of information, expression, and the pursuit of happiness in any form and shape. That translates into our products and services and is not limited geographically.

We kindly ask you to let us know if Wallery is not available in your country or region.

Send us an email to [email protected], and we will get back to you once we can bring Wallery to you.

We will contact respective governments and look for an explanation as to why the access to our service has been restricted. We intend to be professional, constructive and non-confrontational about this issue because we believe that these issues can be solved through an honest and open dialogue.

Thank you for your continuous support and help!

Vibor Cipan, CEO

If you have been affected by this restriction you are not likely to be reading this blog post, of course.

However, if your fellow event professionals, event and social media managers and partners are having trouble accessing Wallery from their locations we will be extremely grateful if you would help our message reach them.

Thank you for your help, and rest assured we are working hard on rectifying the situation.
